    Cleo is an accomplished and highly regarded secondary school teacher, inclusive education leader, geographer and mentor in the world of education. Equal parts educator and entrepreneur, Cleo loves working with students, teachers and principals to foster inclusive classrooms and schools where all voices are heard, amplified and embraced.

    Claire Jackson

    Claire is an educator, researcher and consultant, specialising in school administration and policy, particularly in the areas of disability, inclusive education, school funding, and school improvement. Claire is an advocate of evidence-based and data-informed practice. She has worked for over 20 years in a variety of education settings in Australia and the UK, collaborating with key stakeholders at the school, sector and national level to assist schools to identify and support students with disability. Her work on national projects is helping to build capacity in Australian educators to lead the implementation of contemporary inclusive practices.

    Kathryn Wylie

    Kathryn is a highly experienced clinical educator advocating access to excellent educational curriculum, teachers and experiences for all students. Focused on facilitating the development and growth of individuals to their full potential across all curriculum areas, Kathryn also has extensive experience in supporting students directly, their families and teachers with educational inclusion, intervention programs, and gifted and talented experiences. Kathryn has facilitated development of whole school student growth tracking systems, curriculum development, and support to teachers planning to build their confidence in effective practices. Kathryn is currently studying Psychological Science with the goal of becoming an Educational and Developmental Psychologist.

    Rachelle Thannhauser

    Rachelle is a registered psychologist who has experience working with young people and their families in a variety of settings. She has a special interest in working with school-age students to support them in their educational and developmental needs. She provides assessment for emotional, social, behavioural, and developmental difficulties. Rachelle adopts a person-centred approach, which aims to bring warmth and connection to the assessment process. Rachelle is completing a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology/ Doctor of Philosophy at Monash University and is a student representative on the Australian Psychological Society’s National Committee of Educational and Developmental Psychologists. Rachelle is passionate about applied ethics in work with young people, which is the focus of her research.
