Lean in. Learn together. Lead the way.

The Inclusive School’s Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) start with the student at heart:

We all learn more when we work together.

Our TIS PLCs are built on the foundations of research for school improvement. First, let’s make space together for these important conversations and maintain a laser-focus on improving student learning. Second, we know that when teachers work together, we can strive for collective efficacy - that beautiful hum we achieve when our light-bulbs sparkle simultaneously. Third, by rooting our conversations in evidence and data, we know that we stand on the shoulders of (research) giants. Finally - and perhaps most importantly - a safe, trusting space for inclusion leaders to share, ideate, and evaluate.

Our Inclusive Education PLCs are designed to
instruct and support inclusive leaders.
We’ll work collaboratively with you to develop
all aspects of inclusive education in your setting.

Led by an Inclusive Education specialist, you will join 5 x 1 hour online sessions to:

  • network and collaborate with professionals in similar roles

  • discuss professional readings

  • learn more about inclusive communities

  • build your capacity to lead others on the journey.
